These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of UPCOATING products, the performance warranty programme, and our website. By purchasing or using our products and submitting a warranty claim, you accept these terms in full.
1 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or submitting a warranty registration, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our products or services.
2 2. Product Usage
Our products are intended for professional and trained users. Always follow the instructions, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets (SDS) provided with each product. Improper use, incorrect mixing ratios, or application contrary to our guidelines may void any warranty coverage.
3 3. Performance Warranty
UPCOATING offers a performance warranty on selected products (High solid U6000 pro, Extra HS U7000 pro, Ultra HS U8000 pro, and Ultimate HS U9000 pro) as outlined in the warranty registration process. The warranty is subject to the product being purchased from an authorised distributor, applied by a licensed professional workshop, and the warranty claim being submitted within the specified period with supporting documentation.
4 4. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, complete the online warranty registration form with accurate workshop and vehicle details, batch/series numbers, and supporting invoices or receipts. Claims submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information may be delayed or rejected. Our team will review each claim and respond within a reasonable time.
5 5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UPCOATING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to labour costs, vehicle downtime, or damage to third-party property.
6 6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
